I was just minding my business when someone on the opposite guild that was a WAY higher level than me was 2 shotting me with shurikens. Can you please make this stop.

Like limit it to where they can only kill you once every couple minutes

I guess this could teach you a lesson. A lot of noobs make the mistake of wearing their faction outfits, and often get killed randomly, like in your case. 

Moral of the story, don't wear your faction outfit unless you are prepared to fight.

no. there is only 8 outfit that enables pvp within the 'world',- legion-order, guard-black, empire-tyrant & the other two i dont know yet...

Press 3 after you're killed.

Easy fix to your problem, stop crying and take off your uniform. I'd farm you as well if you wear that uniform. Uniform on means you are looking for a fight.
