extreme FPS drops in arena

so it started this week. ive been gettting extreme fps drops when in combat in the arena. last week and before ive never had a problem. never had hitching. now all of a sudden im gettting freezing and terrible hanging to where sound stops. ive tried optimizing for combat and all that junk. i cant help but feel its not my comp and that its the game.
