Whisper / Chat problem.

When I was on Yunwa server today I tried whispering someone, it just said 'target not found' which is weird. And when I was on my alt on Onmyung the whole chat doesn't seem to work. 

 

No biggie though, I know this'll eventually get fixed if its the game itself but I'm just making it sure if this is my client or what?

I get this too sometimes. But then when the person logs in or whatever, it's fine. It may be when they're in an instance and/or loading screen. It can also be a sign of loss of contact to the server I think, as I get it before I DC.

If you typed something and it doesn't appear at all without any announcer telling you bout an error
Chat server is dead (try it on multiple diff chat, sometimes party chat is down but clan is up and so on)

If it says target not found, you can not whisper to other character in different server, doesn't matter where you are in the game. Or if they're in the same server, make sure they're online
