Can not use all titles I got in Master founder pack only

So I resently checked the titels with my 3d char Aihachi and notice I could only use the "Master of the Golden Path" title

Edit: Same with my main char.
 

But has Master founder I should be able to use all the titles. So what happend?

Is something bugged or did something change
