PvP Arena. LvL 24 vs LvL 45

This is normal? I was join arena and I was lvl 24 and I saw there lvl 45 player? 

 

Maybe bug or is this normal? :D

Normal - they match you based on your pvp rank, not level.

It's also quite interesting challenge depending on how you look at it.

its normal, i was quite pisse when i was lvl 25, cuz all i got were vl 45
