I read the Merry Potter Technique - Moonwater and It didn't work

I was so happy because finally i got the recipe to start crafting moonwater stones and then, i read the recipe, but i still cant make the premium refiners. Did my character got bug or what happened? It is not fair.

 

I think i wasn't lvl 3 in the merry potter guild at that moment. 

 

I can't believe this, seriously.

Hi I do not know if you have got a reply about this or not.  But if you have please disregard this response.  In order to actually see that you learned that you have to be lvl 3 with the potters guild.  But if you open your profession tab and go to the potters then go down to show all then you should be able to see what you can craft when you reach lvl 3 with them.  Hope this helps.
