7F lag

So ive noticed whenever i enter the 7th floor i always get a large amount of lag and delay which ive only really noticed today because my delay is usally pretty bad but in the rest of the tower today it was pretty fine until the 7f, its like a 1s delay which may be the reason i cant beat em. and no before someone says it im not blaming lag i just noticed it. Anyone else notice this or jus me?
