Cat Taunt Range Indicator?

On youtube, when summoners use their cat to taunt, there's this really clear blue/white indicator of the range. How do I get it to show on mine? Thanks!

It's by default I believe o.o Unless it's a specific graphic settings that need to be put at a certain level...

 

Edit: Found it.  SFX Quality for Others under Graphics > Advanced Settings.

Weird, when I turn off all my settings and try them one by one, it's the "SFX Quality for Others" that works. I do put it to 5 tho.. so idk :/

Maybe my client is bugged T___T
