Being frozen (ice trap) can still rotate your position?

i'm a noob in pvp and in blade and soul game in general. But this one time in arena 1v1: me as assassin against a destroyer. He got trapped into ice mine and as usual for me tried to walk behind the target and proceed for infiltrate 1 stealth. However the frozen destroyer somehow can keep facing me and while i was trying to get behind him in circle... I was like wtf?! is this some kind of hack or unknown skill im not aware of... I know destroyer is a spinner class but idk how they can 'spin' as a frozen target

well arena now has destroyers bots so they are hacking probably because you can't change your position even if you press alt

spin-to-resolve-frozen is a common skill of the spin-to-win class

The Hongmoon clothed destroyers are bots. They are able to lock onto you in stealth and move around when webbed or frozen. I cannot believe the bots are ruining pvp for low elos. It's horrendous.
