New 45, Gear Goals for New Dungeons

What soul shields should I aim to get at level 45 to efficiently do Mushin's Tower, Bloodshade Harbor, and Nightshade Harbor?  I currently have my weapon up to True Profane and working on getting my accessories to Infernal.  I'm currently farming tokens to get my Moonwater Arena set, I was told to use this set for world PvP and not the PvE stuff.

So it would be ok to go into BSH/NSH & Mushin's with blue blackram supply soulshields?

You should be fine with running NSH with the blue blackram soulshield.

But work on getting the purple/blue BSH shield from NSH before you try to do BSH dungeon and Mushin's Tower.

If you have low Pierce (below 10%) Use full BSH. If you have above 10% pierce use 1-2-8 Mushins(max crit) and the rest BSH.
