Downloading repair files 0 Bytes/85 Bytes

I can't seem to run the game, it's stuck in the launcher at that screen (Title), I'm in OCE attempting to connect to NA, I made a Lyn character this morning, came home this evening and can't seem to get it running.
I've googled the problem, it seems a few other people have experienced it before but nothing is helping, can anybody help?
