Assassin legendary skills mixed up?

Hey guys,

 

I am a little bit lost over here.

 

So, I managed to collect 5000 zen beans, and was eager to get the legendary skill, but I checked the skill you are supposed to get for it first:

So, apparently, that's the skill you get through arena. "Resets Cooldown When enemy is killed". How is that useful in arena?

 

If you check out the skill you get from Bloodshade Harbor:

Needless to say that this sounds pretty good for PvP.

 

I checked back with some other classes and they all said that they get a valuable PvP skill from arena and a PvE skill from Bloodshade Harbor. That's why I am wondering, if the skills got mixed up or if you are supposed to get the PvP skill through PvE and vice versa.

I think they just picked at a whim. For a summoner, you get the PvE skill from Arena and the PvP skill from Bloodshade Harbor.
