It's all about popularity. RaiderZ came out like 5 years ago. Although this game is old in china it's a new release here. These bots are run from companies as big as ncsoft itself that target extremely popular games. They literally work around the clock to find loopholes in the system. It doesn't matter how much we beg the developers to stop them, they can't. It's unstoppable if these large fraud companies target you.  

 

All ncsoft can do is temporarily disable them until they find their next loophole

Guess what, NCsoft doesn't care as long as they are still suckering ppl into buying Ncoin.  And really who cares about rules or laws these days...if the company behind a product is gonna be lazy and do as little work as possible to maintain said product, then you might aswell join the crowd and hack/bot away too.  This is why completely F2P games are sucking more and more these days, cause it makes the most money with the least amount of work.  

 

Why do actual work when you can do practically no work at all and still make tons of money?
