Yeah you can buy them. Sometimes they are in the market for around 30-50g. Considering the mats you need, 30g is cheap.

Crafted the sword for my BM before the patch came out.

Mats are 40 Soulstones, 24 Moonwater Tears, 24 Poharan Perfume, 9 Premium Tempered Clay Refiner if I remember correctly.
