Can't access Mushin Tower, I have the quest but the teleport tower is not activated.

edit: Request deletion,  didn't take a blue quest. 

So I  did all the possible quests (I think) did all of them with a friend have the same quests, but for him the Mushin Tower is active for me it's grey, can't teleport to it.

You need to talk to some guy in Hogshead Pastures: Hamlet town, then you can windstride over there.
