How do I get the cat?

I`ve not been playing so long, but how/where do I get the cat?

after received the hongmoon skill book...

Thank you, I will have to look into that.. I`m not a good reader and press f a lot... lvl 9 now and never used the cat :(

Say wut. You can't even go past the tutorial place without selecting a cat. If your cat is dead press TAB to revive it.
