BD need some advices

Hello guys , I was 1900 pre season .. And now i got gold pretty easy . 

 

But I have questions for  experienced LBM ! I have a lot of difficulties to beat Summoner .. I already beated some but they were bad . I really can't beat a good summoner. So I am asking what the hell I am doing wrong .. I feel like i burst ihm like hell and at some point he is 20 % hp .. And then something happen I don't have my CD back and he heal like hell and got back to 70 % hp .. Well anyway .. I can beat other class but summoner is my biggest problem. If you have any tip .. Or build to advice me it would be very nice.

It's happening aswell to me! Our Cds are really high and i can't manage to kill them, they have alot of Sustain and i don't know how to counter it!

Uninstall. If you are having issues with LBD. I just watched on twitch a LBD 1 combo an assassin at 100% hp.

I have issues agaisnt Summoners, not Assassins.
