Brightstone soul shields not dropping?

Completed 3 of the dungeons that are supposed to have them as drops, but nothing. Got a soul shield but it was named something different that I can't find info on. Hogdonny Def shield.

I'm not 100% sure but I think you have a small chance of obtaining them from the box you get at the end of the dungeon, hence you don't see them drop.
