best soul shields and infuse and where?

full moonwater infused with crit from dokumo soul shield blue or epic? is that what i should go for , not talking about the new content , its to prepare for that, or should i just go with the crit shields , the green from crafting?

Full arena with infused crit from 24poh (7/8)area seems fine for new content. If your ok with less hp more acc+crit you can use 5, 7, 8 brightstone.
