Massive Lag

Any one else suffering massive lag spikes since logging in today I mean i know the servers are in NA but even so playing in the UK the pings never normally that bad I mean I've been fairly competent in open world pvp and today I log in and i'm getting freezes every 30 seconds for 1-2 seconds no matter what I I can't make it stop. 

 

Playing on Anglers Watch Server and as far as I know the server population isn't that big so it shouldn't be down to  server loads but man this suck's can't even do dailies because i freaking die
