How to activate Bloodshade harbour daily?

I figured i wanted to do bloodshade harbour first since im a BM and i wanted to get the bracelet + unlock my 4 tier 5 HM skill, but now i cant do the daily from bloodshade harbour? i already finished the daily ''breaking the chain, by doing poh 6man'' 

 

am  i missing something, or do i simply just have to do mushin first? =/
