Always lose download speed with anything BnS

Hi everyone, since Closed Beta, any time I try downloading anything that has to do with Blade and Soul (client updates/patches/installer) the download speed always stops. I just have to close the client and reopen it over and over and over until it finally finishes. It starts off normally then drops to zero and stays that way unless I open the launcher again, then it downloads a few mbs, then drops again. This happens every time without fail. Does anyone know what could possibly be causing this? I don't have this issue when downloading anything else, just specifically Blade and Soul things. :/
