Question: how to go the the arena lobby w/out dueling?

To complete the pvp quest you've done already, it needs to be reported on the notice board.
Is there a way to go to the Arena Lobby without dueling?

There are dueling boards in the open world
I just can't remember them locations

 

I'm pretty sure those dueling boards are usually found in the big  cities where you can trade valor stone and stuff

If you leave the arena lobby, you can turn them in using the "pigeon system", which means you just need to click the quest tracker. If you mind spending the copper for fast delivery, you can do it in one of the bigger towns - teleporting there costs more though.
