Stuck in character selection menu

Hello every one.Maybe some one know how to fix that?i enter pin code,then i click agreet,and then my screen stuck.And i cant click somethink

omg! finally someone with the same error as me! I sent a ticket yesterday and they said they're working on it, we just gotta wait
