I'm currently doing my main quest and a side quest at Tomun Range, the underroot. I don't currently have anyone to party with, and its getting kinda boring playing alone.

 What server what time zone are rather important information here to be able to party with people.

 

Have you tried asking in faction chat or clan chat usually people online in the same region at the same time will be glad to party up and help.
