Execute tier 2 stage 3

I was fooling around with some single target builds, and I noticed that execute was doing some nice single target if you got off 4 uses.  The problem I am having is that i can not get off all 4 uses even though I have 200 focus from typhoon tier 1 stage 1.  I have my 200 focus maxed out at 200/200 and i hold down execute (I have repeat actions on key hold selected in settings), and sometimes it only gets 3 casts off.  I would say it only works about 50% of the time.  Am I doing something wrong?

yeah having the same problem,  sometimes  i can do it  4 max  does deal pretty good damage but , its not all thhe time, with 200 focus or using fury its like a miracle to complete it i think this skill is bug... hope they can check on it..

Have you checked to make sure that the last tick of all 3 uses are actually triggering, and connecting? If they don't, they don't refund your focus enough for you to chain to 4 uses properly.
