Login Crashing

[Mystigan]

Whenever I try to login to the Blade and Soul launcher my game crashes. I've checked and I'm not running anything Razor. When I troubleshoot it tells my to contact customer support. I've redownloaded  the game about four times now.

I can't seem to get past the first step of finding the folder. Is there a specific way I look for it?
