About the crafted faction uniform

If we craft that faction uniform from our clan workshop, will it be one for each member or only one for the clan leader and no more?

Literally 1 minute after I posted this I saw they are 5... but the number so tiny!

Expect to spend several THOUSAND dollars/euros just for the Fabric. I'm never gonna craft it with the current system of only cash-shop-salvage Fabric.
