Hello, i want to buy 30 days premium acc and character alternation voucher. Does it work so i can buy premium and then buy alternation voucher with premium points ? Also can i change character sex with mentioned voucher ? Thanks for answers !

You cannot use premium points to purchase anything. "Premium points" are like experience points for your Premium: the more you have, the better the advantages. They are not expendable.

 

You cannot change your character's gender or race or class with the character alteration voucher: only the appearance.
