Wihch client.exe in resource monitor

Hi, it might be a dumb question but I didn't find anything online, I would like to know which client.exe tells my real ping in the resource monitor, because the program shows 4-5 of them. I heard the one with the 10100 port is the right one but its the only client.exe that shows me huge ping spikes (from 50 to 300) and when it's at 300 I don't feel any delay when hitting mobs/players so I figured it was not the right one to check.

From what I've read it's usually the lowest one that's "correct". But I haven't found much in the way of confirmation for that.
