Mouse cursor issue

So I played the game for since its release day, and have good experience so far. However, one problem I usually encounter when playing is the mouse cursor on the screen.

This happen quite often when I move my character screen too fast, the result will often make my screen stuck in one place for a second or so, with the mouse arrow flashing unless I turn the other way. 

It doesn't sounds like a big issue, just a second or two being stuck, but in pvp or boss fight, it's a matter of life and death, and I often have stupid death in pvp because of this.  

If anyone can let me know there's a fix for this o.0, or whether NCsoft is looking into this, I'd be grateful.
