Cursor still active in BnS Mode

So i play in BnS mode fullscreen and sometimes the cursor is still active as in like it moves when i move my camera and i cant see it move until its at the very edge most of the time at the left of the screen and when i click to do my lmb it clicks aswell and sometimes hits my chat settings, aslo when it reaches the end of the screen it wont let me move my camera in that direction of the screen it is at. Has anyone else been experiencing this? If so any fixes?
