Cant login locked account?

Just like any other day i was sitting in PvP lobby doing PvP stuff and suddenly got disconnected. I didnt log straight back in but i came back about an hour later to log in and when i try to login from the launcher i get "Login Failed. Please try again in a few minutes. (3746).

 

So i try to log in through the website and tells me "Due to suspicious activity, Account has been locked" so therefore i had to make a new account to post this.

 

Not only that, but when i told someone what was happening, he checked his friends list and it shows im still logged in and still in Universal dungeon lobby.

 

So am i perma banned or hacked?

Sounds like a hack? Did you submit a ticket? You should.

Yep, i just submitted one. I sure hope it doesnt take a whole week or so -_-
