GPU: Gigabyte R7 370 Superclocked

CPU: i7-4790k

RAM: 16 GB Ballistic

MOBO: Z97-Deluxe

PSU: 450W

Every 10-15 minutes I get this:

Is there any known solution why is AMD so constantly crashing ?
