Server Problems and Disconnections

First of all, Hello BnS community. I have been playing this game for a week now, so fairly new to the game.

 

So far, I like it.

 

Except...

I get disconnected from servers every two hours or so. And as suggested by others, the market lags.

 

So, is BnS servers always this bad or is this a new problem? Also, is there any steps being taken by NCSoft to resolve this issue?

Because, honestly, getting disconnected every 2 hours is rather annoying, especially, in the middle of Black Ram Narrows.
