I am receiving this error message after several failed login attempts, and a reset of password. When I tried logging into the website it says "Due to suspicious activity the account has been locked".

 

Tried emailing Blade and Soul Support, no reply from them at all. My premium subscription is still running. Why isn't there anyone to contact to resolve this issue :(

If you're playing in EU the servers are under maintenance... And with luck the locked status will be automatic lifted.

EU servers should be up in about 1 hour

Insulting staff or anyone else will not help you...
