Can't kick AFKs in dungeons.

There needs to be a new system in place to remove people from parties besides only being able to kick people who are offline.  There has been to many instances of where I am trying to do a dungeon and a level 45 character just sits at the entrance of the dungeon doing nothing.  They wait for the rest of the group to clear the dungeon for them so they get the rewards and continue to do the same thing.

are you sure they are afk and not taking a long time to load??? otherwise kicking people has been no problem if they aren't worth taking along.
