Faction locking feature needs be refined

Right now, in my server (Starfall Crater) in the end game faction camps, Crimsons are permanently spawncamping Cerulean in almost all channels.


As things are today, I think the used method to decide when and how much time a faction needs be locked, has to be refined. A lot of players are just joining Cerulean only to switch as soon as Crimson unlocks, ending with a bloody red sky over all the maps.


Now that the server have a good number of active endgame players, I think it is best use statistics from them, rather the rogue number of players in a faction, because it may happen players create a cerulean in  server just to never play it. Or switch Crimson asap.
