Is there an alternate way to DL the new patches/versions?

I wonder if there is a way to download the recently added patches or versions? That way we won't be needing to download the whole patch and wait for days for it to be completed again (through manual patch download - torrent.) I was downloading version 12 patch these past few days through torrent and when I tried to update the NCSoft launcher, version 15 came out and checked the files inside the zip folder and it seems I have to download the patch all over again.

 

I'm downloading some of the files for version 15 through torrent and I'm sure it'll take me daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaays again because my internet connection sucks here but I really want to play the game :(((

 

Is there an alternate faster way?
