Can I open 2 different accounts ?

It's like this, I wanna use two accounts at the same time.

It's not for some stupid shit like farm something with myself.

Since my server, Windrest has a ton a people playing there I would love to enter with both.

I'm always alternating but because of queues it makes everything super hard.

Can I open two accounts with the same laucher or do I have to download another one ?
