My game chat isnt working

i can see everyone talking in whispers and stuff but none of my messages are being sent? in every single chat none of them are going through i checked my email incase i had been muted for no reason but it doesn't appear so haaaalp

 

*update* I've found out its on one specific character

I submitted a ticket someone replied they said its a known issue they are currently working on a fix so just wait it out shouldnt be too long man!
