Where do store items go?

Hi,

 

Newbie here. Bought a costume in the NC-coin store, and now I can't really find out where it went. I tried looking in my inventory, it's not there, and it's not listed in the F3 menu when I click there either. How do I claim and equip the costume? I can see it listed under the purchase history, and the coins have been deducted, so I know I bought it :P
