PVE KFM best Soul Shields

Could someone tell me, what the best Combination with Soul shields are for PVE ?

I googled alot but i didnt found something, what would me help so...

 

I was thinking about  3 Poh and the 5 PVP Soulshields with crit and if that is good, could u tell me which number would be good ?
