[Bug] Friends list does not update

When you log in with your character  your friends list gets updated once. When a friend logs in you get a notification and it updates only for your friend that just logged in. When you add a friend it updates your friends list with your new friend.

 

All other cases the friends list does NOT update. This is really annoying and gets tiring after a while because I have no idea who is available and who is not. Please considering looking into this issue.
