Help me please .im new

Hello all. Im new at BnS and i have a problem . 

I downloaded the game yesterday ,played for some hours and today when i logged in it didnt saved any of my progressions. It says to make a new char (like its the 1st time i open the game). 

Someone could help me please?

maybe there was a roll back?

 

you could submit a ticket from the website though it might take a couple days
