will win loss and rating be reset 10 febuary?

when the new patch and end game launches, can we expect a fresh clean start on the rating as well? 0 win loss and 0 rating, if so i might push my gold rank from 1600 to as high as i can because it wont really matter in the end before the real season so i can start practising uptill
