Can't expand an inventory slot with bags

I had one bag from a quest, then bought few more from the store. I was able to stack the bags, but I cannot expand my inventory, although I have the required amount of bags. Anyone having similar issue and maybe a workaround? Game restart, item splitting and inventory auto-arrange doesn't help.

Hello,

So in order to use the bags. Under you inventory slots there should be a few bars. Hover your mouse over it, and it would say the aquired amount bags you need, and just simply click the bar to expand inventory. Let me know if it helps X).

Did you wait? It takes time to expend the slots; you can see that charge bar underneath.

Guys, I appreciate the help! It wasn't bug, so I am sorry for posting it here. Turns out you have to have bags in the character inventory, not in the stash, otherwise they won't work. A bit strange, but this explained everything. I have successfully removed one more slot. Thanks again! :)
