Base Life Points

So, I noticed that different players playing the same classes/races and having the same level, actually can have a differerent amount of their base Life Points.

I'm not talking about the differences in their Equip, just about their stats without any equip.

 

e.g.: My friend and me are playing both  Level 37 Bladedancer Lyn, I'm having base Life Points of 5901, he's having  6328. How is this possible? (Without Equip!)

 

I already noticed at other characters that this difference can be up to a few thousands of base LP.

I guess, you know that soul shields adds a heavy amount too yeah?
