Major Ping issues and DCs?

Often the game will like...half freeze to idle animations for 5 seconds and then like speed catch up to everything and sometimes even DC me. My internet is fine I'm sure, since nothing else seems to be  having this issue.

 

Anyone else getting ping issues? Like more so than usual.

Yes, this evening (for the 2 hours prior to this time stamp), the game has been like this for me too. And several random and unexpected disconnects. My client has been rock-solid since early launch. Today, it's bad.
