Misty Woods PvP Bopae set + Blue Crafted Critical infusion if you want the best overall. This will get you close to 40k HP and 42% critical chance with decent damage.

 

Alternatively, you can go with the Blackram supply chain PvE Bopae set + Green Dropped Critical Bopae infusions or Crafted Critical Bopae infusions if you don't feel like farming the bosses for insignia. This will make you pretty much a "glass cannon." Much less health but a lot more damage and critical. 

 

Personally, I prefer the PvP bopae set cause I'm usually the tank in the group.
